Solutions Unlimited is led by a team of professionals with extensive experience in the facilities management industry. The driving forces behind the organization are Thomas M M Vetticad and Sunayana Vetticad. Between them, they have a combined work experience of over 45 person years at various levels across a cross-section of industries.

Ms. Vetticad hails from Kashmir, while Mr. Vetticad is from Kerala. Together they bring to the table a truly holistic and cross-cultural perspective on the facilities management industry, having travelled and worked in every corner of India.
